In last four years, the University of Ghana have increased its resit fees for both main and supplementary examinations
It is not a big deal to fail a course in the University, you just need to garner the courage to re write, you just change your strategy
We have all been in this before, the reality is that if you stay away from shyness to write it, you may not be able to join your colleagues to graduate in that particular year especially when it is core course or an UGRC
The Supplementary and main re-sit examination is opened to ONLY students who have failed (grade E or F) previously registered course(s) and so you had D in your any of your courses you are not eligible to participate in any resit exams.
Moreover if you are planning of writing supplementary resit or repeat exams, it is GHC300.00 for per course
However, if there is an adjustment, it should appear in your sts portal
