A female graduate from the University of Education, Winneba, has set a threshold for the basic salary she expects to be paid after her national service
She disclosed this during the recent graduation ceremony at the University of Education main campus
In an interview with Maxi Empire DDP YouTube , she revealed that her expected salary threshold is Ghc 4,000 before she can consider or settle for the job as a degree holder
‘‘When I started my national service, I realized that there are many good paying jobs in Ghana” she said
Asked if she will be okay with a job paying Ghc2000, she quickly responded by saying ”NO, I won’t because when I started my national service, I got know that there are really good-paying jobs; all you need is the connection. When I say connection, I mean when you are doing your service, you have to connect to the people who have those offers to give you”.
” I don’t think I will settle for Ghc 2,000… 2,000 is below as a degree holder, maybe some 4k won’t be bad, she said
When I started my service, I learned that there are really good-paying jobs in Ghana with vacancies. So, I will not settle for a job that pays GHS 2,000 a month. – Fresh graduate of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW). pic.twitter.com/IQDCjCL4Xk
