Davido, one of Nigeria’s most well-known and respected musicians, has lost his beloved child. The tragic news created lots of conversations in the Nigerian entertainment industry and across the globe.
Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential aspirant, has sent a heartfelt condolence message to Davido, Chioma, and their entire families for their loss and urged them to stay strong,
He also stated that the Almighty God would be their comforter in such times, and he encouraged them to pray as well.
He said, “I send my sincere condolences to Davido and Chioma, over the death of their son Ifeanyi. I cannot begin to imagine the pain they are going through at the moment. May God grant them healing, strength and comfort in this trying time. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.-PO”
