The candidate for president of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, has retaliated against those who have queried his health and debunked assertions to the conversely made by his opponents.

At a dinner hosted by the Kano State business community in his honour on Saturday, Tinubu made this statement.

He emphasised that his candidacy is for president, not a contest or a race.

I have no intention of travelling 100 or 500 yards. I’m running for president. “Do I appear to be a sick man?” he added, “I don’t wrestle in the WWE.

Tinubu contends that critics who assert the President has failed to perform during the preceding seven years of his administration should not be taken seriously.

When he opened the APC Presidential/State Campaign office in Kano, he delivered a speech.

Have no regrets at all. Don’t be misled about Buhari or anyone else by those who don’t know how to win or what it takes for a nation to flourish. Never let them in. Send it back to them immediately. The aspirant remarked, “Take hold of your broom and thoroughly clean Nigeria.”

This party will win, this country will advance, and this office will be happy in February 2023.”
