Job Description:
The goal of this function is to assist in the effective and efficient administration of exams.
Coordination and management of any risk or issue resolution, including direct or indirect customer communication coordination.
On the day, assist the Test Delivery Officer by making contact with venues and/or venue supervisors.
This position will need test days, which will include weekend labour as part of the contracted hours.
Job Responsibilities
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the unit’s or department’s efficiency, effectiveness, service delivery quality, or systems.
•Proactively collaborate with the Test Day Delivery Officer to resolve customer (internal or external) complaints in a satisfactory and timely manner, coordinating input from other team members as needed. ensures that the customer is kept up to date throughout the process.
• Develops positive working relationships with venue staff and appropriate colleagues throughout BC to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
• Receives instructions and requests from country operations 5 days before the test day and plans and organises given resources accordingly (sometimes on short notice) to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Ensures that exam materials are received and safely stored at the Test Center.
• Assists the Test Delivery Officer in making venue staffing selections.
• Aids in the identification of appropriate sites
Job Requirements:
• Experience working in Exams
• Experience assisting with computer-based test administration
•The ability to monitor and maintain standards for compliance, risk, and security.
