As it was reported on Thursday, the Abuja Appeal Court cleared Nnamdi Kanu of all seven terrorism-related charges that the Nigerian government had brought against him. According to Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Mike Ozekhome, Nnamdi should be permitted to return home tomorrow since the Appeal court made the decision.

This declaration was made by the Nnamdi Kanu lead council during a Channel Television interview.
He claims that Nnamdi Kanu was illegally extradited from Kenya to Nigeria without a valid warrant of arrest.

“Today, the Appeal Court discharged Nnamdi Kanu. That is, he is a free man and should be allowed to return home tomorrow after we receive the certified copy of the judgement. We will serve a copy of the judgement at the Attorney General’s office and the DSS unit.
