Mr. Raymond Nnaji, a Peoples Democratic Party chieftain, has claimed that Governor Nyesom Wike’s camp was responsible for driving Peter Obi out of the PDP.

Former Anambra Governor Peter Obi defected to the Labour Party just days before the Peoples Democratic Party’s presidential primary election. He is one of the leading presidential candidates for the elections in 2023.

In order to avoid the five governors who are determined to destroy the party and work with other party stakeholders in those states, Raymond Nnaji, a former national auditor of the Peoples Democratic Party, said he is supporting Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the party’s presidential candidate.

Remember that the People’s Democratic Party’s (PDP) Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and the camp of Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike are engaged in a political battle. Five currently serving state governors are part of the Rivers State Governor’s camp, and they are demanding Iyorchia Ayu, the party’s national chairman, step down.
