Google AdSense to close all Russia-based accounts
Google AdSense is a creator programme for publishers around the world
According to Google AdSense this time, it is deactivating all Russia-based AdSense accounts.
This means creators and publishers will not be able to monetize with any AdSense accounts based in Russia.

This follows several measures google took since 2022, including the suspension of ad serving in Russia as a result of the ongoing altercation between Russia and Ukraine
Moreover, google has announced that July earnings will be disbursed around 21–26 of August,
Creators can receive their revenue after closure of account
So, assuming you have no active payment holds and meet the minimum payment thresholds.
Within 60 days, Google will attempt to disburse any remaining balance in publishers and creators account, if you have met the cancellation threshold and have no payment holds, you are certain to receive your earnings
Until then we cannot tell when Google AdSense will re extend it monitisation programme to creators and publishers in Russia
