UGEL Hall Registration Guidelines- only two microwaves is allowed in a room

If you are a student in the University of Ghana and were fortunate enough to have had a room as a resident in any of the UGEL halls,

Then it is important to heed to the following instruction as you go about registering your details with the hall .

UGEL HALL REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Required Documents for Registration:

  1. Proof of Academic Registration 2. Proof of Residential Registration 3. Bank Payment Receipt
  2. JCR Payment Receipt
  3. UGEL Tenancy Agreement (signed) 6. Two Passport Size Photographs
  4. UG Student ID Card
    Registration Process:
  5. Visit the JCR Table:
    Obtain a receipt for JCR dues payment.
  6. Verification and Stamping:
    UGEL
    Show all required documents at the Hall Tutors/Bursars Table for verification and stamping.
  7. UGEL Hall Registration:
    Scan the UGEL Hall Registration QR Code.
    Fill out the registration form and submit it.
  8. Confirmation:
    Confirm your registration at the UGEL Registration Team Desk and register your Electrical Appliance in the appliance logbook
  9. Final Registration:
    Proceed to the Hall Assistant Desk for final registration. (sign in) and room key pick up. PLEASE NOTE!
    Each room is allowed:
    o Two table-top fridges only
    o Two microwaves only
    Students who do not wish to share their appliances with their roommates should not bring any so that others willing to share can bring theirs.
    Registration Hours:
    o Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Registration

According to the details, management of UGEL will not be available on weekends to accept registration in any form

”Students arriving outside of these hours will not be attended to or allowed access into the halls until the next working day”, it said

Note: Students who do not wish to share their appliances with their roommates should not bring any so that others willing to share can bring theirs.
