The University of Ghana is in preparation to graduate over 43,000 undergraduate students who entered the university during the 2020/2021 academic year.

It is announced for the information of the general public that eligible prospective graduands who intend to attend the 2025 congregation ceremony must register for the ceremony.

If you want to be part of the 2025 university of Ghana graduation ceremony, you are obliged to do the following
1. You must find out what it means to be eligible for graduation.
2. You must verify if your name is on the graduation list for this year’s congregation ceremony

Authenticate login using your student ID Number and PIN (same on the MIS web).
If you qualify for graduation but can’t find your name in the list, promptly contact the appropriate College Academic Office.
Step 2: payment for registration
Payment Details:
Graduands will pay a non-refundable fee of GH¢500.00 by the deadline, as earlier said the fees and dates is yet to be updated.

Step 3: collection of certificates
The certificates of graduates will be provided after graduation gown is returned.
During collection, it is important to provide your UG Student ID Card, bank payment voucher or evidence of payment for verification in the case where it is needed
