A place in the national Division One League is up for grabs as Great Ambition FC lock horns with Asanska FC in the Greater Accra Regional Football Association (GA RFA) Division One League playoff final. The decisive match is set to take place on Sunday at 3:30 PM at the McDan Sports Complex in Teshie.

Great Ambition FC secured their spot in the final after an impressive campaign in Group A, where they recorded wins over Kitu Seniors and New Town Youth and earned a crucial draw against True Life FC. Their total of 7 points was enough to see them finish at the summit of their group.

On the other side, Asanska FC topped Group B with 5 points, defeating John Paintsil FC and holding Tema United and AS Rences to draws. Their solid defensive displays and disciplined team structure have made them one of the most difficult sides to break down in the competition.

The stakes could not be higher, as the winner of this playoff final will earn the right to represent the Greater Accra Region in Zone 3 of the national Division One League next season.

The GA RFA has promised a professionally managed event, with refereeing, security, and logistics all set to ensure a memorable climax to the regional league season.

Football lovers across the capital are expected to throng the Teshie McDan Sports Complex to witness which of these two ambitious clubs will take the giant leap to national league football.
