Approximately 7.3 million People have quit internally. And every fourth Employees in Germany can easily imagine changing jobs. That likes annoying colleagues, manipulative superiors or a low salary. But changing employers doesn’t necessarily make everything better. Sometimes it’s not the job in question, but rather the profession that doesn’t suit you (anymore).

But how do you find out what you might particularly like? For example with the RIASEC model by John L. Holland. “The concept helps you identify your interests and assign them to professional groups,” says Bärbel Engelmann, who works as a career and study advisor in Berlin.
