Other carriers and companies offered replacement vehicles. However, this is not necessary as the city mission agency, Gewebo, also provided a bus at short notice.
According to the city mission, the first monetary donations for a new refrigerated bus have also been received. However, a specific sum cannot yet be named. “The cold bus trips are covered and we are totally grateful,” said the spokesman.
The city mission provides supplies in winter with the help of three cold buses homeless people. One of the vehicles was completely burned out on Sunday night.
