Large amounts of snow have brought traffic to a standstill in parts of Poland. A wide strip between the capital is affected by the extreme winter weather Warsaw and the port city of Gdansk. The Polish weather service declared the highest warning level 3 for the regions around Olsztyn and Elbląg. The warning is valid until Wednesday evening at 8 p.m.
