Hybrid war – that sounds somehow unreal. We know that these can involve attacks on the Internet, espionage and drones flying over airports and Bundeswehr barracks. But something else is happening to intimidate European governments. This is just much less well known: huge demands for money. This has been raging for a long time Russia’s war against us also before so-called arbitration courts – and the consequences would be extremely expensive in the event of a Russian victory: they would run into the billions of euros. In the end: the states would be asked to pay and thus indirectly we, the taxpayers, would be asked to pay. And it’s our governments’ fault that this is even possible.
