US President Donald Trump has announced a naval blockade against certain oil tankers Venezuela are traveling or coming from there. “Today I am ordering a total and complete blockade of all sanctioned oil tankers,” the Venezuela would arrive or leave, Trump wrote in his online service Truth Social. The US president accused Venezuela of drug trafficking and other crimes involving the sale of oil to finance. The USA had just a few days ago Sanctions issued against several shipswhich transport Venezuelan oil.
The US military is going in the Caribbean has been targeting smaller boats near Venezuela for months. The attacks, in which more than 90 people have died so far, are justified US government with alleged drug smuggling. She has not yet provided any evidence. Critics describe the attacks as extrajudicial executions and contrary to international law. The USA also positioned warships off Venezuela.
Last week the US military also had one Oil tanker seized off the coast of Venezuela. According to US information, the ship is supposed to… Sanctions have violated. Venezuela accused the United States of an “act of international piracy.”
