Apparently you like to bake. Four of the ten most read farmer’s market recipes of the year require an oven. One of them is Greek briam – what would the weekly market be without oven-baked vegetables. But the other three are sweet, including two lemon cakes! I can understand you well. I have baked the Lemon Drizzle Cake with Poppy Seeds by our author Elena Cremer several times.
