After the devastating fire in the Swiss ski resort Crans Montana Investigators believe the fire was started by spray fountains. “We currently assume that the fire from Bengali fireworks mounted on champagne bottles came too close to the ceiling,” Beatrice Pilloud, attorney general for the canton of Valais, said at a press conference. The fire quickly spread into a conflagration. The first traces could therefore be secured on site.
