A new main station, the renovation of bridges and S-Bahn trains – there are major construction projects coming up in Hamburg. But the city lacks the money for this – despite new investments from the federal government. In an interview, Finance Senator Andreas Dressel (SPD) now complains about rotting infrastructure and an unequal distribution of subsidies.
